About

Certification training that behaves like a tutor.

LearningBee is an AI-taught training platform for IT professionals. The engine is course-agnostic — any curriculum can be uploaded and taught by an AI trainer with quizzes, mock exams, and weak-area analysis on top. We ship one topic at a time, deep rather than broad.

Our mission

Make good IT training available on demand, at a price that doesn't require an employer's training budget. Preserve the depth and interaction of a 1:1 trainer without the schedule and the price tag — for whatever slice of IT you're trying to get better at.

Why we built it

Live classroom training is expensive and rigid. Self-paced video courses are cheap and flat — a lecturer talking at you, no way to ask a follow-up. Most people fall into the gap between those two options and end up cramming from PDFs.

The AI advances of the last two years finally make a third option possible: an tutor who's on demand, remembers where you left off, adapts to your pace, and answers questions in the moment. Not a chatbot. A trainer.

How LearningBee teaches

Under the hood, a few concrete design choices separate LearningBee from "a chatbot with an ITIL PDF."

Grounded in real course material

Every explanation is retrieved from approved training content before it's generated (retrieval-augmented generation). No inventing ITIL trivia. Questions outside scope are declined instead of guessed.

Structured, not stream-of-consciousness

Lessons follow a real syllabus — overview → concept → example → check-in → summary. You always know where you are in the module and what's left before the exam.

Adaptive to your track

Foundation, Practitioner, or Fast-Track. Same syllabus, different depth and pace. The tutor's language shifts with your track — no watered-down explanations for advanced learners, no jargon walls for beginners.

Practice is the whole point

Chapter quizzes with plain-English explanations. Full-length timed mock exams. ITSM role-play scenarios. Weak-area analysis after every attempt. Passing the exam is a byproduct of practicing correctly, not of watching more lectures.

What we believe about learning

  • Explanation beats memorisation. Every quiz answer is followed by a plain-English "why".
  • Practice matters more than lectures. Chapter quizzes, mock exams, and ITSM role-play are core, not extras.
  • Feedback should be specific. After a mock exam we flag your weakest topics before you sit the real thing.
  • AI must be grounded. Answers come from approved training materials via retrieval-augmented generation. If we don't know, we say so.

What we cover today

LearningBee is course-agnostic under the hood, but content ships one topic at a time. We prefer having one course done exceptionally well to having ten courses done badly.

Live

IT service management

ITIL 4 Foundation runs end-to-end today — full syllabus, chapter quizzes, timed mock exam, weak-area analysis. It's the first proof that the platform can teach a real IT subject as well as a human trainer.

Rolling out

Adjacent IT domains

Project management (PRINCE2, Agile), cloud (AWS, Azure fundamentals), and DevOps essentials are being built with the same voice-tutor + practice format. Email office@learningbee.org to be flagged when a specific topic goes live.

Next up

Security, networking, data, and beyond

Cybersecurity (CompTIA Security+, CISSP), networking (Cisco, CompTIA Network+), containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), observability, and other core-IT domains. The engine is ready; we're producing the training material one subject at a time.

Who's behind it

A small team of IT training and engineering veterans

Bulgaria / EU

Between us the team holds ITIL Master v4 & v5, PRINCE2 Master, and DevOps Master credentials, plus hands-on experience across cloud, DevOps tooling, and platform engineering.

LearningBee grew out of watching learners hit the same walls — the same jargon, the same misconceptions, the same weak areas going into their exam. This platform packages what a live trainer does about those walls into something a learner can access at 11 PM on a Sunday.

Where we're headed

  1. Now

    ITSM (ITIL 4) end-to-end

Three delivery tracks, chapter quizzes, timed mock exams, ITSM role-play, weak-area analysis.

  2. Next

Broader IT curriculum + voice role-play + team dashboards

Project management, cloud, and DevOps courses launching on the platform. Fully spoken interactions with your tutor. Managers get a view over their team's progress.

  3. Later

Security, networking, data + enterprise content authoring

Cybersecurity, networking, and data-engineering courses. Enterprise customers upload their own training material and let the AI teach it to their teams.

  4. Someday

    Multi-language and vendor certifications

LearningBee in Spanish, French, and beyond. Vendor-specific tracks (AWS, Azure, Cisco, Microsoft) with content refreshed as vendor curricula evolve.
